Enjoying Genoa, though working hard. It is a mellow city, at ease with itself. Fraying round the edges a bit, but for all that still elegant. I especially like the solid arcades which recall a different century.

Never been to Genoa but generally Italy looks quite classy. Mind you, they are not the best lot when it comes to queuing: you have to push your way through which is not like me at all. I could stand there for ours waiting for my turn ;)
